What is included in the R8,500 monthly package?

We turn your supplied images and video clips into four feed posts and twelve Stories each week, plus four short Reels each month, across Instagram and Facebook. Those counts are shared across the two platforms, not supplied separately for each. The package includes editing, captions, scheduling, publishing, and one consolidated revision round per monthly content batch.

Do I need to supply photos and videos?

Yes. Both monthly packages are built around material you provide. If you need fresh content, you can book a R1,500 capture session in Cape Town or Johannesburg, or ship products to us from elsewhere in South Africa.

Are comments and direct messages included?

No. Community management, customer service, sales enquiries, comments, and direct messages remain your responsibility.

How does approval work?

We prepare a monthly content batch for your approval. The package includes one consolidated revision round. Delayed assets or approvals may delay publishing and do not extend the paid service period.

What is the commitment?

The service starts with a three-month initial term and is paid monthly in advance. After that it continues month to month until either party gives 30 calendar days’ written notice, subject to applicable consumer law and the signed service agreement.

What does the R11,000 package add?

It includes the full R8,500 Instagram and Facebook package, plus eight TikToks each month. Four of those adapt the monthly Reels for TikTok, and four are extra TikTok-first edits from footage you supply or from a booked capture session. Professional video production is not included.

Do you guarantee followers or sales?

No. We provide consistent content production and publishing, but platform reach, engagement, enquiries, and sales depend on factors outside our control.
